Radisson Hotel Group has launched an app that utilises ChatGPT, allowing travellers to search for hotels, compare accommodation options, and check live room rates through conversations with the AI chatbot. It allows users to search over 1,000 Radisson properties in more than 100 countries using natural language prompts, eliminating the need to navigate traditional booking websites. After selecting a hotel, users are redirected to the Radisson Hotels website to finalise their booking. Radisson announced that its ChatGPT app is part of a strategy to enhance the discoverability of its hotels through AI-powered conversations, rather than relying solely on traditional search engines and booking platforms. The new ChatGPT app also builds on Accenture’s broader partnership with OpenAI, which aims to assist businesses in integrating AI into their customer experiences and operational processes.
