After the band initially disbanded, Izora had a brief solo career, before reforming the Weather Girls with her daughter, Dynelle. Since the band disbanded, Martha, now aged 72, has released three studio albums and collaborated on tracks including Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now) and Strike It Up.
