Leto has firmly denied all the allegations, stating that he has never sexually assaulted anyone. According to Deadline, stories of sexual allegations against Leto first emerged last year when L.A. DJ Allie Teilz posted about her sexual assault by the actor when she was 17. This also led to a report in U.S. media outlet Air Mail last year, where nine women accused Leto of sexually inappropriate behavior. Despite the allegations, Leto continues to work in Hollywood, with upcoming projects including “Masters of the Universe” and “Lunik Heist”.
