Exchange Bank’s Board of Directors and President and CEO John Childs Jr. have announced the promotion of Annie Folendore to assistant vice president of loan operations. Folendore joined Exchange Bank in 2016 as a real estate loan processor. In 2024, she was promoted to loan operations officer and has continued to play a vital role in the success of Exchange Bank’s loan and mortgage operations team. Over the past year, Folendore has been instrumental in implementing several major initiatives at Exchange Bank, including the bank’s core system conversion and significant loan platform enhancements. Annie consistently approaches every challenge with professionalism and a positive attitude, and we’re grateful for the impact she continues to make at Exchange Bank.”
