(BULLETIN FILE PHOTO)Luke Musgrave, a former Bend High and Oregon State tight end, will start his fourth NFL season on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list. Musgrave is on the Active PUP list, meaning: “Players are placed on this list during training camp and count toward a team’s 90-man roster. During his rookie season in 2023, he suffered a lacerated kidney and missed six games. “I’m really looking forward to the upcoming season,” Musgrave told The Bulletin before the start of the 2025 season. In his rookie season, Musgrave tied the Packers’ franchise rookie record for most receptions by a tight end with 34 catches.
