Adjusted earnings per share rose to €1.77, compared with €1.08 in the first half of 2025.
RWE increased its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to €5.75 billion-€6.35 billion, compared with the previous outlook of €5.2 billion-€5.8 billion.
For 2027, RWE expects adjusted EBITDA of €6.7 billion-€7.3 billion, adjusted net income of €2.2 billion-€2.7 billion, and adjusted earnings per share of €3.15 at the midpoint.
RWE consequently increased the segment’s 2026 EBITDA guidance to €1.5 billion-€1.9 billion from the previous €1.2 billion-€1.6 billion.
Following the Amprion transaction, the company expects adjusted earnings per share to reach €4.55 by 2031, up from its previous target of €4.40.
