New York Jets cornerback Qwan'tez Stiggers already has one of the most remarkable career paths of any player in NFL history. Only three Jets played more special teams snaps than Stiggers last season. He played 247 defensive snaps and showed the same physicality that makes him so effective on special teams. Despite the question marks surrounding the Jets' cornerback room, Stiggers' best role is clearly on special teams at this time. There's a reason the Jets view Stiggers as emergency depth as opposed to someone legitimately competing with Wright, Thomas, Ponds, and Brownlee for defensive snaps.
