Her dog, Rome, injured a woman during an incident at the property on August 7 last year.
Park appeared before Truro Magistrates’ Court on July 27, where she was given a six-month conditional discharge.
After the incident, Park took her to Barncoose Hospital and then to Treliske, staying with her while she received treatment.
The court heard the dog had no history of aggression and had remained within the property.
The court heard the dog is already subject to the exemption regime for XL bullies.
