NewsBy Lauren BowesThe 2026 Asia’s 50 Best Bars list has been revealed, with Hope & Sesame toppling Hong Kong’s Bar Leone for the top spot. Lorenzo Antinori’s Bar Leone had held the top position for two consecutive years, and headed up the World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2025. Other prizes included the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award, which went to Bangkok’s Bar Us. The Three Cents Best New Opening Award went to Workshop14 in Hanoi, which was also named the Best Bar in Vietnam after ranking 34th. Faye Huggett, director of community for Asia’s 50 Best Bars, said: “This year’s ranking celebrates the diversity, creativity and resilience that define Asia’s cocktail culture today.
