St Helena Hospice is hosting its annual Community Fun Day at Mile End Sports Ground in Colchester on August 1, with organisers promising attractions for all ages.
Dog owners can take part in a fun dog show organised by Foxash Fun Dog Show, with categories including golden oldie, prettiest princess and best local dog.
Entertainment throughout the day will come from Storm Elite Cheerleaders, DC Dance Academy, Clubbercise and a musical performance by Colne Endeavour Band.
Rebecca Corser, community fundraiser at St Helena Hospice, said: “Our Community Fun Day last year attracted hundreds of people for a great family day out and we are looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday for another fantastic day.
“There will be lots to do, see and eat and all money raised will go to help St Helena Hospice provide exceptional care and support for people in our communities across north east Essex.”
