Works have been ongoing at Botley Road in Oxford, with a new walkway opening earlier this month. Previously, the project was set to be completed by the end of August, with traffic able to pass under the bridge once more. Network Rail and SGN have been working together with an integrated programme to complete the project as quickly as possible. SGN’s repairs to the gas network are set to be completed by the 8th of August. This means that by the 20th September, Network Rail should be able to complete the remaining works and the road can reopen once more.
