Sex offender admits breaching order and travelling abroad without telling police

Stephen Baldwin, 49, of Talley, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with three offences.
He was also accused of not informing police in Swindon within seven days of travelling abroad on May 28 last year.

Baldwin, who was represented by Steve John, pleaded guilty to three breaches of his notification requirements.
Baldwin was granted bail and is due to return to Llanelli Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on August 14.
