The red Vauxhall Vivaro, parked in Havenfield Road, has allegedly been left in various locations along the street in recent weeks. According to the GOV website, the vehicle’s tax expired on July 1 this year. Under DVLA rules, vehicles kept on a public road must be taxed, unless they have been officially declared off the road through a Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN). Untaxed vehicles found on public roads can be clamped, impounded or removed by enforcement officers.
