Van without road tax left on busy High Wycombe street

The red Vauxhall Vivaro, parked in Havenfield Road, has allegedly been left in various locations along the street in recent weeks.
According to the GOV website, the vehicle’s tax expired on July 1 this year.
The van has no road tax (Image: NQ)The Free Press understands that said vehicle is regularly seen in the area, although it is not known who owns it or how long it has been parked locally.
Under DVLA rules, vehicles kept on a public road must be taxed, unless they have been officially declared off the road through a Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN).
Untaxed vehicles found on public roads can be clamped, impounded or removed by enforcement officers.
