White & Case LLP has advised Ionic Digital Inc. on the direct listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, where shares now trade under the ticker IOND. Ionic Digital builds and operates infrastructure serving artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads, and the listing gives public market investors direct access to a company built around that demand.
