I think there are two key attributes that make a great modern retro case:A retro aesthetic . That’s what makes them good retro cases, not just art pieces. But this is where the similarities end; unlike the Silverstone cases that can operate with or without real drive bays, the disk and optical drive bezels on the Thermaltake cases are entirely for show. If you’re after a modern case that has a bit of retro flair, I can see this being appealing. More beige cases, for everyone!
