The 60th Montreux Jazz Festival, held from July 3-18, also marked the 40th year of Meyer Sound’s status as Global Official Sound Partner of the event, celebrated by both organizations as their “60/40” milestone. At the heart of the celebration, the newly refurbished Montreux Music & Convention Centre (2m2c) housed the festival’s two flagship venues, the 4,000-capacity Auditorium Stravinski and the 2,000-capacity Montreux Jazz Lab. The Montreux Jazz LabAt the Montreux Jazz Lab, Meyer Sound’s Tigra anchored the system alongside 2100-LFC low-frequency control elements, with DiGiCo’s Quantum326 Pulse, Quantum338 Pulse, and Quantum112 consoles available for control.
