These efforts aim to promote inclusive economic growth while advancing sustainable development worldwide. The UN is also supporting small businesses in regions affected by crises by helping restore local markets, strengthen livelihoods and rebuild economic resilience. By combining access to finance, skills development, market opportunities and supportive policies, the UN aims to help small enterprises contribute more effectively to sustainable development and the achievement of the SDGs.
