It is alleged that the former University of Exeter student recorded women while they were at home, as well as entering properties and going through underwear drawers. Fu was originally charged in February after police were called to an incident, the court heard. The prosecution alleged that further images were found when his phone was seized, leading to an additional 15 charges. Fu is also charged with making indecent images of children from July last year to February 2026, including 119 Category A, 140 Category B, and 444 Category C images. District Judge Smith sent the case to Exeter Crown Court to be tied in with the original matters on August 14.
