The Conwy Classical Music Festival, held from July 19 to July 25 at St Mary’s Church, featured a series of free concerts by classical musicians. "Their efforts enhance the cultural wealth of Wales and make Conwy and North Wales an even more attractive destination for tourists wanting to learn about, experience, and hear one of our great gifts to the world: Welsh music." She acknowledged the growing pressures facing organisers of cultural events and pledged support for keeping them going.
