Calum Darling is now an Inshore Lifeboat (ILB) Navigator, while Vicki Tann passed her ILB Tier 2 assessment. Both assessments took place on Monday, July 27, and were conducted by Coastal Lifeboat Trainer Simon Bunting. Vicki's Tier 2 assessment involved testing her skills in preparation for greater responsibility as an inshore lifeboat crew member. Both the navigator and Tier 2 crew roles are crucial operational positions within the RNLI, ensuring the safe and effective operation of lifeboat crews in sea rescue missions.
