I visited 'fly-tipping hotspots' in Ipswich and this is what I saw

The pavement was a little grubby, but no more than most pavements in the town centre as far as I was concerned.
Walking out of the town centre and into the terraced housing where we have had reports of fly-tipping in recent months, I took a stroll up to Cobbold Road and Cemetery Road.
Ipswich Borough Council have been tackling fly-tipping as a priority, which may have been why I didn't see much on my walk around the town centre.
