A man and a woman, both 38, were charged with arson in March following the van fire in Chapman Lane, near Ipswich town centre. Stephanie Bond, 38, of Martlesham, and James Eaton, 38, of Timperleys, Hintlesham will appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday, August 17. Reports came through to Suffolk Police in the early hours of Saturday, March 7 that a van - identified in pictures as a Citroen Dispatch had been set alight outside a block of flats. Police confirmed at that the time that the setting alight of the parked van in Chapman Lane, behind the New Wolsey theatre, was treated being as arson.
