LAND near Castle Bromwich Historic Gardens is set to go under the auctioneers hammer. The freehold site measuring more than 680 square metres is at Beechcroft Road in Castle Bromwich will appear in Bond Wolfe’s next auction. Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said the land is being sold on behalf of Solihull Council with a guide price of £100,000+ in the livestreamed auction on October 23. He added: “We are delighted that Solihull Council is continuing to use our services after the great results we achieved for them in our last auction. The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
