News Investigators/ The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board has reaffirmed Sept. 25 as the final deadline for payment of hajj deposit and registration for 2027 pilgrimage. According to the statement, intending pilgrims will not be given a seat after the closing date and the board has earlier fixed the hajj deposit for 2027 pilgrimage at N8 million. “All intending pilgrims should complete their payments and registration before the deadline to secure their places for pilgrimage”. Mr Ibrahim-Matawalle further explained that the board will not extend the registration period or allocate hajj seats to anyone who fails to meet the deadline. He added that measures have been taken to ensure effective planning and coordination of 2027 hajj exercise.
