Hand Roll Tokyo, a new sushi restaurant, launched in Chandler’s Ford on July 17, offering freshly made Japanese hand rolls and a variety of traditional and modern drinks. It is run by Cammy Sum, 46, with help from her husband and son, who have lived in Chandler's Ford for four years. She said: "It's real Japanese food, we want to bring traditional and real Japanese sushi to Chandler's Ford." "Hand Roll Tokyo offers a genuinely different lunchtime option for Chandler's Ford, and we're delighted to have helped them secure their new premises." Hand Roll Tokyo is already established with a venue in Japan and is now bringing its fresh approach to the UK.
