President Donald Trump's Department of Justice floored a former federal prosecutor after a grand jury witness blew up one of its signature cases. The admission undercuts the Trump administration's claims that Hearn was responsible for damaging the pool. Hearn's lawyers slammed the indictment in a letter on Tuesday, arguing that the Trump DOJ prosecutors acted improperly. Those claims caught the ear of former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner. "You may find this shocking, but Donald Trump's dirty DOJ officials, including Jeanine Pirro, may have again been involved in prosecutorial misconduct," Kirschner said.
