Carroll won an $83.3 million suit against Trump and a federal appeal after Trump attacked her for claiming he sexually assaulted her. Schilling defended Trump by calling Carroll's suit "lawfare," saying, "No other president has had this type of lawfare thrown against them." She told Schilling he was misusing the term.
