Hyderabad: Telangana High Court has pulled up HYDRAA for carrying out demolition and land-related actions without issuing prior notices. The court has sought personal appearance of Serilingampally Tahsildar to explain his role in the case. In a separate case, the court also ordered the agency to remove a board erected on private land within 24 hours. Taking note of the submissions, the High Court ordered HYDRAA to remove the board within 24 hours and file a detailed counter affidavit.
