The Atchison County Sheriff’s Office, with the help of the Northwest Missouri Drug Strike Force, executed a search warrant in Westboro, Missouri, leading to charges against Frank Kephart for drug-related offenses. A bond of $15,000 was issued for Kephart. Further investigation by federal agencies resulted in additional federal charges, including drug distribution and firearm possession. Kephart was taken into custody by the United States Marshals Service and other law enforcement agencies on July 21, 2026.
