Bethany resident Jade Hope McGuire is facing a felony sex charge of 1st Degree Statutory sodomy in Harrison County court. The charges stem from a forensic interview with a juvenile victim who was less than 12-years-old. If convicted, McGuire may not be eligible for parole until 85% of the sentence is served.
