The workshop has been organised for school Urdu teachers to enhance their pedagogical and professional competencies in line with the provisions of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. In her inaugural address, Vice-Chancellor KU, Prof. Nilofer Khan, emphasized the importance of continuous professional development for teachers in a changing educational landscape. Dean, School of Open Learning KU, Prof. Shahnaz, said that teacher training remains an important component of quality education. Earlier, Director, CDOE KU, Prof. Mohd Altaf Ahanger, welcomed the participants and provided the objectives of the workshop. The proceedings of the inaugural session were conducted by Dr. Mohammad Rafi, faculty member, CDOE, KU, while the vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Showkat Rashid, faculty member, CDOE, KU.
