Over the past decade, the Wellbeing Studio has supported hundreds of people to build confidence, improve mobility, manage long‑term health conditions and reduce social isolation. The latest investment centres on a suite of power‑assisted machines from UK manufacturer Innerva, designed to support 'active ageing'. The Bradley Stoke project sits alongside a newly opened Wellbeing Studio at Yate and a recently expanded facility in Thornbury. Around a fifth of Active Lifestyle Centre members now come via long‑term health referrals, highlighting the role these studios play as a bridge between healthcare and independent activity.
