International Vape and All Day have each been handed three-month closure orders after Trading Standards officers found illicit tobacco products for sale.
Councillor Bob Jones, Sandwell Council's cabinet member for environment and enforcement, said: "We're serious about tackling illegal activity on our high streets.
"Securing our fifth and sixth closure orders this month sends a clear message that Sandwell Council will not tolerate businesses that break the law."
The order to close All Day was granted at Walsall Magistrates Court on Monday (27 July), while the order for International Vape was granted at Dudley Magistrates Court on Thursday 23 July.
According to a spokesperson: "Sandwell Council is pushing for stronger enforcement powers, including extending closure orders from three to 12 months under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014."
