The funding, approved by Penarth Town Council at its meeting on July 22, includes allocations for cemetery improvements, West House renovations, and upgrades at the Paget Rooms.
Councillor Mark Wilson, chairman of strategic development and council matters, said: "This investment on the town council assets demonstrates the future proofing of the town council.
"This is a feature of a dynamic town council.
A total of £5,000 has been set aside to replace the cemetery wall, with an additional £5,000 for general cemetery contingencies.
A further £30,000 will be spent on repairing the ceiling and entrance areas at the Paget Rooms.
