A Shropshire manufacturer of products used by the healthcare industry across the globe has launched a major new education platform designed to support sterile services, endoscopy and decontamination professionals in their day-to-day roles. The platform has already undergone extensive user testing involving 95 participants across healthcare environments, helping Serchem refine both the structure and practical usability of the modules before launch.
