SushiDog, one of London’s fastest growing culinary brands, will open a 1,138sq ft restaurant at The Broadway, the landmark 1 million sq ft mixed-use development in St James’s Park. Designed by acclaimed architectural firm Squire & Partners, The Broadway occupies the historic site once home to New Scotland Yard. Together, they are shaping a lively new destination centred around a landscaped, pedestrianised thoroughfare at the heart of St James’s Park. Founded by Greg Ilsen and Nick Goldstein in 2018, SushiDog pioneered the UK’s first build-your- own sushi concept, offering customers a high-quality grab-and-go sushi experience. As one of London’s fastest-growing food brands, we’re excited to see SushiDog open its doors this September, further enhancing the culinary offering for our residents and the wider St James’s Park community.
