Property and asset manager Estama has secured TK Maxx as the new anchor tenant at Kingdom Shopping Centre in Glenrothes, marking a major step forward in the centre’s long-term transformation. Contracts have now been exchanged for TK Maxx to occupy a new 29,000 sq ft store, created from the subdivision and reconfiguration of the former Dunnes Stores department store. The project has been made possible through the proactive investment and support of Estama’s client and landlord of the Kingdom Shopping Centre, Focus Fund, whose commitment has enabled the comprehensive redevelopment of the space.
