Facebook Marketplace is usually associated with second-hand furniture, electronics and local bargains.
One creator, Gabriel Rivera @itsgabrielrivera, decided to buy an $80 Puerto Rican meal from a seller he found on Facebook Marketplace, leaving viewers wondering whether it would live up to the price.
He first tried a steak Portachino served with wings, Puerto Rican fries and a pineapple lemonade.
The review is not Rivera’s first Facebook Marketplace food purchase.
A viewer watching from overseas added, “If only we could order food on Facebook marketplace in Australia.”
