A Melbourne man has lost his bid to work from home full-time after taking his fight to the Fair Work Commission.
"It is essential that he is present in the office to contribute to knowledge-sharing and team cohesion."
Jonathan Robinson asked for a permanent work from home arrangement in September 2024 but was rejected.

"There remains vast tracts of the workforce – largely blue-collar work – for whom the option to work from home for any period is an impossibility," he said.
