CCTV has captured the wild moment two children merrily skipped down a busy Melbourne road after escaping from their kindergarten, with an investigation now afoot. The young children can be seen skipping down St Georges Rd in Fitzroy North just after 11am on Monday, with baffled members of the public watching them run off.
