As with any major road running event, temporary road closures are required to ensure the event can take place safely. Closures are set to span from York Minster to York Racecourse, with a list as follows:Knavesmire Road will be closed from 5pm on July 31 until 3pm on August 2. Bishopthorpe Road will see restrictions between the junctions with Campleshon Road and Butcher Terrace, and Campleshon Road and Racecourse Road from 4pm on August 1 to 3pm on August 2. Additional road closures will be introduced on race day. Racecourse Road and Campleshon Road will close from 5am, followed by Bishopthorpe Road from 7.30am.
