Police have launched an appeal to find a missing 46-year-old man from Essex. Richard Munns has been reported as missing from the Harlow area. Mr Munns is described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, and has long dark hair and a beard. A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "We are currently out looking for Richard Munns, who is missing from the Harlow area. "If you have seen Richard or know where he might be please call us 101 and quote 200 of 29 July."
