It reported diluted earnings per share, or EPS, of 50 cents for the second quarter in an after-market earnings report on Monday.
Amid the beat, Happen raised its guidance for full-year diluted EPS to $1.80 to $1.90, up from the $1.65 to $1.80 it forecast in January (and maintained in April ).
