A recycling centre in Ayrshire has reopened following a fire. Garlaff Recycling Centre on Skares Road, near Cumnock, was closed after the blaze broke out around 11.12am on Tuesday. Four fire engines and specialist officers were sent to the scene at the height of the incident, which was affecting a waste storage unit.
