Haverhill - Donna Frances (Pazzanese) O'Brien, age 79, of Haverhill, passed away July 24, 2026, after a long battle with Cancer, at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill. She was born in Haverhill on Nov. 25, 1946, daughter of the late Arthur G. and Helen (Uzuck) Pazzanese. Donna was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1964, and attended NECC and the former Bradford College. Her career then transitioned to a surgical assistant for over 36 years, and then she found her true calling. She was the greatest of caretakers, a job that she considered a true calling.
