Northern Community Bank, previously known as Pennine Community Credit Union, awarded the funding to Moorclose Community Centre in Workington as part of a wider £20,000 contribution to centres across Cumbria and Lancashire. Northern Community Bank said it will continue to support both the Community Centre and Money Matters primary school projects throughout the year.
