The initial disruption was caused by an electricity supply fault along the overhead line situated between the Subang Jaya and KL Sentral stations. Due to the technical issue, train services leaving from Pelabuhan Klang heading towards KL Sentral were forced to terminate prematurely at the Subang Jaya station.
