Global outsourcing company launches its first Generative AI Center of Excellence in Egypt as it targets 3,000 specialists by 2028, reinforcing Cairo’s ambitions to become a regional hub for high-value digital services. The new headquarters currently employs around 800 Egyptian specialists, providing customer engagement and digital services in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. He noted that establishing a global AI centre in Egypt reflects the country’s growing capabilities in advanced technologies and its transition towards higher-value outsourcing services. Egypt has steadily expanded its position as a regional outsourcing destination through investment incentives, digital skills programmes and infrastructure development.
