Brighton’s popular northern Thai restaurant Lucky Khao is spreading its wings.
“Khao Bird is the natural evolution of what we’ve built in Brighton”, said manager Flora McTeare.
“It’s a chance to share the flavours of northern Thailand to guests in central London while staying true to our values of sustainability and community”.
Those values are rooted in Sussex; Khao Bird will continue the group’s nose-to-tail philosophy, partnering with local farmers and fishers to ensure every ingredient is used thoughtfully, from pasture-raised meats to seasonal Sussex vegetables alongside small batch London beers and spirits.
From 2-12 October, Lucky Khao will host a Khao Bird pop-up, showcasing new BBQ dishes and cocktails.
