The Alliance Police Department is proud to recognize Sergeant Jim Grumbles for recently completing the FBI-LEEDA Supervisory Leadership Institute in Gainesville, Florida. The week-long program provides law enforcement supervisors with advanced leadership training focused on effective communication, ethical decision-making, organizational leadership, problem-solving, and building high-performing teams. The course is designed to equip supervisors with practical leadership skills that can be immediately applied within their agencies and communities. A 22-year veteran of the Alliance Police Department, Sergeant Grumbles currently serves as a patrol supervisor and is the department’s lead Defensive Tactics and PepperBall instructor. The Alliance Police Department congratulates Sergeant Grumbles on this accomplishment and thanks him for his continued dedication to professional excellence and to the citizens of Alliance.
